St Bride’s Managers are delighted to announce the increase and extension of a loan facility to Barnsley-based housebuilder, Ben Bailey Homes.
This additional loan will allow Ben Bailey to acquire and develop two new residential sites in Doncaster and Darton, which together will deliver 113 new houses. The increased facility builds on the existing relationship between St Bride’s and Ben Bailey, with funds already being used to develop 82 houses across three sites in Upper Haugh, Swinton and Staincross.
The loan facility was granted by the St Bride’s White Rose Residential Partnership, which invests principally in South Yorkshire and works alongside chosen housebuilders to facilitate the delivery of first and second-time private family homes across the region.
