King Street, Bristol

St Bride’s Managers acquired 25 King Street in Bristol in 2016 on behalf of St Bride’s UK Key Cities Partnership,  focused on those regional cities that offer the best long-term performance.  Over our period of ownership, this 18,000 sq. ft. multi-let office has undergone a facelift with new entrance doors, an upgraded reception area, stairwell refurbishment, new welfare and cycle facilities, and state-of-the-art CCTV and access control systems.  The individual office floors have been refurbished on a staged basis.
