In August 2021, St Bride’s Managers agreed to forward-fund the development of 22 new-build homes to be built by Sky House.   The scheme comprises 20 three-bedroom houses, 2 four-bedroom houses, private gardens, twenty-seven car parking spaces and a large community garden. All the houses are currently let.

This forward-funding formed part of a wider investment strategy for the St Bride’s White Rose Residential Partnership to deliver an income-producing residential portfolio.
