As part of a UK Key Cities strategy, St Bride’s Managers forward committed to acquire a new-build, seven unit trade park on the edge of Leeds City Centre. The scheme totals 78,838 sq. ft., with units ranging from 2,593 sq. ft. to 35,000 sq. ft. Occupiers on the estate include Selco, Screwfix, Toolstation, Brewers and Edmundson Electrical.
The scheme achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.
