In December 2024, St Bride’s Managers completed the forward-funding of sixty residential units at DQ in Sheffield.
Designed by Sky-House, DQ is due to reach practical completion in January 2027. The scheme will provide a mix of 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom duplex homes, along with communal space, commercial space, parking and an external courtyard.
The development is being built to the Future Homes Standard, incorporating energy efficient measures such as air source heat recovery pumps and solar panels.
