In February 2026, St Bride’s Managers completed the sale of 24-28 Frederick Street in Edinburgh to a Paris-based real estate portfolio management company.
The property was originally acquired in 2016 as part of the UK Key Cities strategy.
The property comprised a Category B listed building, with retail at ground floor level and four floors of offices above. The property delivered an income of £609,234 per annum, with 53% of the passing rent secured against retailers, Vision Express and Co-Op Supermarket.
