The St Bride’s White Rose Residential Partnership has provided loans to facilitate the delivery of 168 homes at Sky-House’s three Waverley schemes in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
The loans support Sky-House’s housebuilding programme on land parcels within the wider Waverley development, which is being brought forward by master developer Harworth Group on the site of the former Orgreave Colliery.
