In June 2025, St Bride’s Managers commenced the rolling refurbishment of a 95,000 sq. ft. industrial estate at Dominions Way Trading Estate in Cardiff. The refurbishment of this 12-unit, 1980s-build estate was carried out in close conjunction with occupiers to ensure that the asset retained a strong tenant line-up and maximised income returns to investors.
The works were carefully managed to ensure occupiers could trade throughout the refurbishment programme. The first nine units achieved practical completion in June 2026.
