In 2026, St Bride’s Managers undertook the comprehensive redevelopment of an ageing mixed-use (retail & office) asset in a prime location within York city centre. The redevelopment programme included the full refurbishment of the building’s external façade and windows, as well as the transformation of two ground-floor retail units into one single leisure unit, which was pre-let to Popeyes, a well-established food and beverage operator on a long-term lease.
The landlord’s works were completed in July 2026 and the restaurant is scheduled to open for business in October 2026.
