In 2022, the St Bride’s White Rose Residential Partnership provided a loan facility to LABC award-winning house builder, Fenwood Estates, to deliver 60 homes across two separate schemes in South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire. This revolving loan facility has since been extended to fund additional development. Currently the loan facility is expected to finance the delivery of 92 homes across three different schemes.
Alongside the loan facility, the Partnership agreed to forward purchase 15 new-build houses to let and retain as long-term investments in the single family housing sector.
