We pride ourselves on delivering a discrete and tailored service to each of our investors, through innovative and performance-driven strategies that are research-led. We manage bespoke partnerships for UK Local Government Pension Fund clients, acquiring and managing direct assets across the office, retail, industrial/logistics, student accommodation, hotel and residential sectors. Our real estate Wealth Management service is directed towards family offices and private investor clients, both in the UK and overseas.
Each investment strategy is tailor-made to meet our investors’ individual risk appetite, with a principal focus on London, the UK’s Key Cities, and regional impact investment.
