This morning St Bride's Managers Partner Robert Houston sat on the panel of Income Analytic’s Risk Summit, hosted by Savills. A very enjoyable and thought provoking morning, not least down to being able to attend our first in person seminar since February 2020!

Following an extensive refurbishment programme the St Bride’s Key Cities Partnership has successfully completed the letting of the third floor at Bounds Building, 68 Sackville Street, Manchester. The 1,952 sq. ft. suite has been let to Hyper Recruitment Solutions, a specialist life science recruitment company.

The St Bride’s White Rose Partnership has successfully completed two office lease renewals at Carlton Tower, Leeds.

Both Gent Visik (First Floor) and Trident Building Consultancy (Second Floor), have been long-term occupiers within the building and have both committed to a further five years.

St Bride’s Managers has let 13,742 sq. ft. of newly refurbished office space to the Department for Work and Pension (DWP) for use as a job centre at Aldermanbury House in Bradford. The DWP has taken a new five-year lease.

St Bride’s Managers has sold an eleven-acre site in Mitcham, London to a joint venture between Patrizia and Kingston Estates on behalf of a Family Office for an undisclosed price. Kimmre (Investment Agents) acted on behalf of St Bride’s Managers.
