Robert is the Founding Partner and Chairman of St Bride’s Managers.
He is responsible for client relationships, business development and research.
He is also Chairman of the European Investment Committee for UBS Real Estate and Private Markets and an adviser to Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge.
Previously, he was the Global Chairman and Chief Executive of Baring, Houston & Saunders / ING Real Estate Investment Management, which at the time was the largest global property fund manager.
Robert is the Founder and Chairman of the Trustees of Boost Charitable Trust, a grant-giving multi-sports Charity which is closely aligned to St Bride’s Managers.

Ian is the Senior Partner of St Bride’s Managers.
He is the Senior Fund Manager and has overall responsibility for the launch, management and performance of the firm’s limited partnerships and mandated accounts.
Previously, he was at the London office of Cushman & Wakefield where he focused on UK-wide acquisitions and asset management for wealth management clients and syndicated funds. Latterly, he specialised in Central London developments.
Ian is a qualified rugby and cricket youth coach, a keen golfer and the captain of Boost Charitable Trust’s team of volunteer runners in the Annual London Landmarks Half-Marathon.

Tim is a Partner of St Bride’s Managers.
He is the Fund Manager for the firm’s signature limited partnership, St Bride’s Key Cities LP. The partnership invests across selective asset classes in Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Guildford, Leeds and Manchester.
Previously he was at Cushman & Wakefield and Allsop, dealing with multi-asset portfolios, development, and insolvency and distressed solutions.
Tim is an active cyclist and passionate skier.

Patrick is an Asset Manager and qualified Chartered Surveyor.
Having joined St Bride’s in 2022, his focus is on generating added value from the commercial and industrial assets within the two commercial Partnerships St Bride's manage.
Previously, he was at Greenridge Investment Management whilst completing his MSc Real Estate at the University of Reading, and latterly, Wellgate Health, where he was an Acquisition Analyst in Healthcare investments.
Patrick is an accomplished cricketer and active golfer and footballer.

Sarah is the Manager of Boost Charitable Trust, which is closely aligned to St Bride’s Managers.
Her responsibilities are to run the Trust’s operations, award grants, fund-raise and oversee the success of the sporting programmes. In 2023/24, there were fifty-two new awards, amounting to £204,000.
Sarah is a qualified Solicitor and was previously at Hogan Lovells and Solesbury Gay, a specialist sports and employment legal firm.
Sarah’s sporting passions are for tennis, swimming and netball.

Richard is an Independent Investment Committee Member.
He is the Founder and Principal of St Bride’s Managers LLC, based in the United States. His firm acquires, asset manages and develops commercial, residential and retail investments for predominantly private overseas investors, including an Oxford College.
Previously, he was the co-founder of Baring, Houston & Saunders with Robert Houston, before leaving the UK in 1993 to run their US operation. Subsequently, he became the global CIO of Healey & Baker (US) before establishing his own business, Core Plus Properties. He is an expert in re-purposing assets.
Formerly a hockey player, Richard is now an active yachtsman, skier and cyclist.

Charles is an Independent Investment Committee Member.
He is the Founder and Principal of Sustainable Investment Asset Management (SIAM) and an associate at REMIT Consulting. He is an expert on real estate sustainability.
Previously, he was a specialist in corporate asset management at Baring, Houston & Saunders, Donaldsons and DTZ.
Whilst not a sportsman himself, Charles is an enthusiastic photographer for Boost Charitable Trust, capturing the essence of the charity’s sporting events.

Stephen is an adviser to St Bride’s Managers.
Previously, he was one of the original founders of the firm, before leaving for two years to head up a major institutional mandate in Malaysia. Prior to St Bride’s Managers, he was the Senior Fund Manager and Global Chief Investment Officer for Baring, Houston & Saunders / ING Real Estate Investment Management.
Stephen is a keen golfer and the originator of Boost Charitable Trust’s annual endurance cycle ride.
