Carlton Tower, St Paul's Street, Leeds

The St Bride’s White Rose Partnership has successfully completed two office lease renewals at Carlton Tower, Leeds.

Both Gent Visik (First Floor) and Trident Building Consultancy (Second Floor), have been long-term occupiers within the building and have both committed to a further five years.

Carter Towler are currently marketing suites on the second and fourth floors. Works have recently been completed to split the fourth floor into two office suites measuring 610 sq. ft. and 1,860 sq. ft respectively. The second floor measures 2,580 sq. ft. NIA.
