St Bride’s Managers has sold an eleven-acre site in Mitcham, London to a joint venture between Patrizia and Kingston Estates on behalf of a Family Office for an undisclosed price. Kimmre (Investment Agents) acted on behalf of St Bride’s Managers.

The site on the interchange of Goat Road and the A237 was marketed as a last-mile logistics redevelopment opportunity given its location only eight miles from Central London. It currently comprises 109,000 sq. ft. of existing industrial space let to construction company Byrne Bros.

The site was sold after a pre-planning application was submitted for the redevelopment of the existing 1960s buildings into a multi-let industrial estate or a single 237,000 sq. ft. unit. Nearby occupiers on the industrial site include Hovis, HSS Hire and Parcel Force.
