St Bride’s Managers has let 13,742 sq. ft. of newly refurbished office space to the Department for Work and Pension (DWP) for use as a job centre at Aldermanbury House in Bradford. The DWP has taken a new five-year lease. The DWP is opening job centres across the UK to deal with the anticipated growth of the number of unemployed caused by the pandemic. St Bride’s Managers manage the property on behalf of a Local Authority Pension Fund Client.
