With a phenomenal return of 36.4% in 2021, there is still a shed-load (excuse the pun!) of money looking for industrial opportunities at the expense of the other traditional sectors.
Whilst the winners in 2021 were determined primarily by being in the right sectors (industrials and retail warehouses), the same may not be true for 2022.
