St Bride’s Managers has sold an eleven-acre site in Mitcham, London to a joint venture between Patrizia and Kingston Estates on behalf of a Family Office for an undisclosed price. Kimmre (Investment Agents) acted on behalf of St Bride’s Managers.

The extensive refurbishment programme at Bounds Building, 68 Sackville Street, Manchester has now completed on behalf of the St Bride’s Key Cities Partnership.
