St Bride’s Managers were delighted to recently complete a £5m loan facility with Ben Bailey Homes. This facility will, initially, see Ben Bailey deliver 43 homes across two sites in South Yorkshire.
This loan is the third lending deal that St Bride’s Managers have completed on behalf of the St Bride’s White Rose Residential Partnership. The life of the Partnership was recently extended until March 2030, and new investor commitments are available to be deployed.
