St Bride’s Managers were delighted to hear that Fenwood Estates secured a reserved matters planning consent earlier this week to build twenty-seven new homes on a site close to Doncaster Sheffield Airport. Work on the site will begin later this year, with the first homes expected to be ready for occupation by Summer 2023. Fenwood Estates' portfolio also includes the Knights Gate development in Sutton-cum-Lound, where they are currently building thirty-three three and four bedroom homes.

Earlier this year, Fenwood secured £7m of funding from the St Bride's White Rose Residential Partnership to support their growth plans. The Partnership was established to invest in residential properties and facilitate new housing developments, which will have a positive social and economic impact across the South Yorkshire region.
