25 King Street, Bristol

Following an extensive refurbishment at 25 King Street, the St Bride’s Key Cities Partnership has successfully completed multiple lettings within the building. Since November 2021, over 6,000 sq. ft. of office space has been let to Telestream (1,780 sq. ft.), Interpath (1,300 sq. ft.) and Corrigan Accountants Ltd (3,586 sq. ft.). The lettings are a testament to the quality of the recent refurbishment, as well as the underlying strength of the Bristol office market.
