St Bride’s Managers are pleased to announce three new lettings in the Key Cities and White Rose portfolios. The new tenants are as follows:

Venatu Recruitment Group – The multi-sector recruitment specialists have taken a new 5-year lease at Unit 5, Sidings Court, Doncaster (White Rose). This letting means that all the offices at Sidings Court are now fully let.

Intrax Group UK Ltd (T/A Intravelr) – The travel planning group have taken a new 3-year straight lease on the 1st Floor at Fairbairn Building, Sackville Street, Manchester (Key Cities).

DG Net Ltd – The IT and network system providers have taken a new 5-year straight lease on the 1st Floor (South) at 24-28 Frederick Street, Edinburgh (Key Cities). This letting is in addition to the letting of the 1st Floor (North) suite in Q2 2023.
